1. Return eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be unused, unaltered, unworn where applicable, and returned with all parts, accessories, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Items showing use, damage, modification, contamination, or missing components may be refused or subject to a reasonable reduction where permitted by law.

2. How to start a return

1. Email service@ljwqq.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. For damage, defects, or incorrect items, include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
3. Wait for written authorization and return instructions before shipping.
4. Pack the item securely and use the approved label or shipping method we provide.

Parcels sent without authorization may be delayed or rejected because we may be unable to identify or process them.

3. Return shipping is covered by us

LJWQQ covers approved standard return shipping for both eligible preference-based returns and verified quality, damage, or incorrect-item returns. Depending on location, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse an approved reasonable standard shipping cost after receipt of a valid postage receipt. Express, premium, insured, or unauthorized services are not reimbursable unless we approved them in writing beforehand.

5. Non-returnable items

Unless defective or required otherwise by applicable law, we cannot accept returns of customized or personalized goods, gift cards, items clearly marked final sale, or opened hygiene-sensitive goods. Any product-specific exception will be disclosed on the product page before purchase.

6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days. We will assess the evidence and, when eligible, arrange a replacement, refund, repair, or other appropriate remedy. Do not discard the item or packaging until we complete our review.

7. Inspection and refunds

Returned items are normally inspected within 5 business days after receipt. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment service may require additional time to post the funds. Original shipping charges are refundable only when required by law or when we confirm an LJWQQ fulfillment error.

8. Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us within the return window. Availability is not guaranteed. We may process an exchange as a return and a new order where this provides the clearest or fastest solution.

9. Order changes and cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours of purchase if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist, but fulfillment may begin quickly and a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has started.
