1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Shanghai Chunlin Yaji Network Technology Co., Ltd., operator of LJWQQ. By submitting an order through ljwqq.com, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and other terms displayed at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not excluded.
2. Eligibility and information accuracy
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or act with permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, contact, and delivery information and to update us promptly if an error is discovered.
3. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and scale can vary with lighting, screens, and handmade or material characteristics. Small variations that do not materially affect use are not necessarily defects. Product availability, details, and prices may change without notice before an order is accepted.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean acceptance. We accept an order when payment is authorized and we confirm fulfillment or dispatch. We may decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order for payment problems, suspected fraud, stock or pricing errors, delivery restrictions, misuse of promotions, or legal reasons. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the affected amount.
5. Prices, taxes, and payment
The checkout summary shows the amount payable, including listed product prices, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us. For international delivery, import duties or charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient. Payment is processed by Shopify and participating providers. See Payment & Security.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard United States transit is estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees. Risk and title pass as required by applicable law. Full delivery terms, delays, tracking, address errors, split shipments, customs, and duties are described in our Shipping Policy.
7. Changes and cancellations
Contact us within 12 hours if you wish to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but cannot guarantee a change once processing begins. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return under the applicable return terms after delivery.
8. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. LJWQQ covers authorized standard return shipping, including approved preference-based returns. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Items must meet the eligibility conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Returns require prior authorization and are sent to our company address using the instructions we provide.
9. Damage, defects, and incorrect goods
Inspect your order promptly. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days, with your order number and clear photographs. We may request additional evidence and will provide a remedy consistent with applicable law and our return policy.
10. Promotions and gift cards
Promotions are subject to their stated conditions and may have time, territory, product, or customer limits. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied after checkout. Gift cards, if offered, are governed by the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
11. Personal use and resale
Products are sold for lawful personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may limit or cancel quantities reasonably appearing to be for unauthorized resale, fraudulent activity, or interference with normal store operation.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from a purchase or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
13. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, labor action, government measures, customs interruption, network failure, or supply disruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and communicate material issues.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Shanghai Chunlin Yaji Network Technology Co., Ltd., without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available in your country or state. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Where a court or regulator has mandatory jurisdiction, that jurisdiction remains available.
15. Changes and severability
We may revise these terms prospectively by posting an updated version. The terms in effect when your order was placed normally govern that order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
